[FBBBS ASSOC——ON TH—OBAH.J DUNEDIN, February 17. Mr J. B. Bradshaw, M.H.B. for Dunedin Central, addressed his constituents. He announced himself as a freetrader, and stated that though he admired the Government greatly, if they put forward a protection policy, and stood or fell by it, he would oppdee them. He favored a reduction in the Civil Service. A vote of confidence was carried, as against one of thanks, moved on account of views on protection, by a large majority.
