The annual parade of stud horse?, under the auspices of the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association, will te held at the grounds of the Association today. Ihe following are the entries in the various classes, as compared with last year:— 1884. 1885. Ponies 4 5 Boadatera and carriage horses 4 4 Thoroughbreds (import-ad) ... 1 0 j Thoroughbreds (colonial) ... 10 6 Draught horsee (coloaial-br;d) 13 12 Fraught horses (imported). ... 2 4 j Totals .... ... 34 31 There will thus be Been that a slight falling off in the number of entries has taken place this year, the three less being in the colonial thoroughbred class. The gates will be open at 10.30 a.m., and the parade will commenoe at twelre o'clock. " t ;
