[PBBSS ASSOCIATION TELEQBAM.J DUNEDIN, February 10. Tasman was scratched for the Dunedin Cup at 12 25 to-day. Adamant is reported to have done the best gallop on the racecourse this season, and has advanced to 100 to 5, at which price he has been backed for a good stake. Wapiti is now as good a favorite tor the Dunedin Cup as Vanguard, and the best offer obtainable in Wellington, where the principal metallicians are, is 100 to 25. Lady Emma and Captain Webster are each quoted at 100 to 14, and Johnny .Faulkner at 100 to 7. • [PBBSS ASSOCIATION THLSGBAM.J WELLINGTON, February 10. The owner of the horse Johnny Faulkner yesterday backed him to win the Dunedin Cup for 47000 at ISO to 7.
