SALE BT AUCTION OF A LARGE WOODEN BUILDING, To be Removed. ME H. E. ALPORT has received instructions from Mr P. A. Bishop to SELL. BY AUCTION, At the Premises, on THURSDAY NEXT, the 15th DECEMBER, At 12 noon. THE LARGE WOODBN BUILDING, formerly occupied by tbe present Auctioneer as an Auction Boom and Prodnce Store, as it now 6tands, at the corner of Colombo street and Armagh street, immediately opposite the Golden Fleece Hotel, Market place, Christchurch The building was erected by the late eminent builder, Mr Thomas Tombs, especially to carry fbur, grain, and other heavy weights, the floor joista, wall plute3, and rafters, being of heavy seasoned Van Dieman's Land timber, and the floor at d other boards ef seasonable kauri. The main building to Armagh street measures 60ft. by 25ft., and the offices fronting to the Market place 40ft by 16ft.> or thereabouts, both having lofty upper floor 3.
