Orders were granted for the discharge of the following debtors : —James Biddell, John Kidd, A. W. Wright, Edward Peagram, John Sheen and Louisa Culliford, whose discharge was suspended for one year from November 24th. BB G-.-H. HANKIVBLL. Mr Salter applied for an order for the debtor's discharge, and also for an order directing the opposing creditor' to pay the costs of, and incidental to, discharge. In this case Mr Button and Mr Joynt agreed upon the issues and the trial was fixed to take place at the next sittings in Christohurcb, before ft common jury. O'CALLAGHAN T FLEMING. Messrs Holmes and Button settled the issues in this oase and the trial was fixed to take place before a speoial jury (defendants) on Wednesday, January 11th. LAW . BB AUGUSTA ASH MASON, SBOBABKD. Mr Bruges obtained an order for probate to Richard Mason, the exeoutor named n the will. BB JOHN M. SBAJT. Leave was granted to Mr Brugee to register probate copy of will instead of original. JOHNSTON V MCANITDTT ABD ANOTHHB. Mr Harper, for plaintiff, applied for an order direoting Julius Mendelson to pay into Court the value of the partnership property received by him, as certified by the Registrar's certificate herein, dated November 29th, 1881, to be dealt with as the Court might direct. Mr Garrick appeared on the other side. After hearing learned counsel, his Honor postponed bis decision. NATIONAL BANK T WABD. Mr Joynt applied for an order to examine a witness who was too ill to be present at the trial. Mr Harper coasented. His Honor made the order as prayed, costs to be costs in the cause. SAVILLB V WILLIS. Messrs Holmes and Harper agreed to the issues, and the trial was fixed to take place at Ohristohurch by a special jury (defendants) on Friday, the 13th January. Mr Joynt consenting, the trial was fixed to take place at Timaru before a oomnun jury about Saturday, December 17th. BE BOBBBT BAN KIN, DECEASED. Mr Harper obtained an order for administration to William Bankin, of Christohurch, and for the approval of Steward Jollie McFarlane aad Andrew Boss Kirk, as sureties. BB H. F. M, HALL. On the application of Mr Harper, an order was granted for letters of administration, with exemplification of probate annexed, to Fulbert Archer and Joseph Banks. BB BABAH JANE BBBD. Mr Bruges obtained leave to register probate copy of will instead of original. LANS TBANBPBB ACT. In the matter of a mortgage, Wilmoth to Keist and McCarthy, Mr Harper obtained an order making the summons abiolute. The Court then adjourned.
