DR. HASSALL'S REPORT. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E.G. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Sohnappa received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the above named article to a very carufnl chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, whioh ore set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma.'and a pure and mild taste. Ms Hart's Schiedam Schnapps ia every superior article of its class, is well purified, and quite genuine. (Signed) Aethtjb H. Habsll.M.D., Author of " Food and its Adulteration." Otto Hshneb, F.8.C.. Public Analyst. WM. JOHNSON'S REPORT. Government Analytical Laboratory, Melbourne, 23rd July, 1877. Henri J. Hart, Esq. Sir,—l have the honor to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Sohnapps forwarded by yon to mc has been sab mitted to a searching ohemical analysis and critical examination, the result of whion enables mc to state that it is the finest sample of eohnapps that has as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odor, and is absolutely free from any trace of fosil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of ma.H in the production of the choicest qualities o schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, an A in this respect compares favorably with other amples offered for sale. It may be advissd as equally suitable for medical or economic purposes.—l have the honor to be, Sμ., (Signed) Wh. Johnson, Analytical Chemist to the Government of Victoria. This mire medical spirit, anperior to any in the market, and lower in price, is offered to the public under the fall conviction that it will ■upersede all others now is use. Publications. J.
