The Kaiapoi Woollen Factory Company have arranged to provide a special tent of large dimensions for their numerous exhibits, so that tbe public may have every opportunity of seeing their local productions and knitting machines at work. Every accommodation bas been provided for parties riding or driving to the Show. Horses stalled at Is, or fed at 23 each.
