However, there has to be added the - proceeds of the propoeed n s w taxation, viz.,teer duty, £80,000; increase in succession duties, £10.000; total, £90,000; less £40,000, the estimated loss by exemption of personal effects from the Property Tax, giving a net addition of £50,000. If from this the deficit of £8709 6s 7d be deducted, it leaves £41,290 13a 5d as the estimated surplus for the year.
