MR JOHN HOPPER begs to draw the attention of the pnblio to the fact that by adopting a thoroughly new method in the manufacturing of his Bread, which has turned out thoroughly successful, he is enabled to offer to the public Bread which will do away with the common complaint, viz., irregularity (one day good, next bad). I am happy to state that the irregularity complained of is entirely done away with in the method I adopt, and I am now SUPPLYING BREAD superior to any in Christehurch. I have also made arrangements with the Public Analyst to sample and report upon my Bread at any time, which will give the public a guarantee that his analyses will be a just one.
