London, April 25. The British Government have recalled Mr Rivers Wilson, who at once returns to England.
Farther correspondence has taken place on the Victorian difficulty. The Government promised to produce the papers at an early date.
The House of Commons, after a long debate on constitutional technicalities, agreed to a motion for unseating Sir Bryan O'Loghlen by a majority of eleven. [SPEOIAi TO THH SLOBK.] London, April 24. Sir M. Hioks-Beaoh proposes that Mr Berry should take issue with the Legislative Council on the last Eeform Bill. If, after a general election the Council continue stubborn, Sir M. Hicks-Beach will ask Parliament to amend the constitution. April 25. Mr Berry is unwell. Yakoob Khan has invited an English mission to Cabal. ' The rate of discount in the open market is one per cent under the Bank rate. Tallow is dull at a slight [decline on former quotations. Australian wheat,ie neglected.
