DUNEDIN.
In the Supreme Conrt to-day the following sentences were passed:—Margaret Barrett, larceny, four years' penal servitude ; Robert Angus, larceny, five years' penal servitude; Hyam I yon Metz, forgery, two years' imprisonment; Jamej Morgan, forgery, twelve months. The following prisoners were acquitted?— George Brown, indecent assault; Eli Coolan, honsebreaking; Margaret Scott, manslioghter.
