A- the sitting of the Waste Laudi Bsard held «a Monday, 6th January, 49 acre? and 38 perches were disponed of. realising £663 4s. The land is sifcnated as under :—Selwyn, 7 acres ; Akaroa, 30 acres; Ashburton, 8 acres; township of Ashbarton. 1 rood; township of Rakaia, 2 acres 3 roods; township of Geraldine, 1 acre 1 rood 38 pef-bgs. . ''
