Satt/bday, Jant/aby 12. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.,] Refusal of Duty.—Robert Jupp, cook on board the ship Opawa, was charged with this offence, and sentenced to three days' imprisonment. Civil Case.—Hardecke v Smith, claim £2 for board and lodging; judgment for plaintiff for £2, with costs 9s.
