The owner of the Cleopatra informs us that after endeavouring to get that vessel unloaded at Timaru and failing, he brought her to Lyttelton, but as from the scarcity of trucks he sees" no probability of her discharge here within reasonable time, he intends sending her to some other port where greater facilities are offered. The brigantine Flora, Captain Hughes, from Kaipara, arrived in harbor yesterday at 4 p.m. Left Kaipara on the 19th insL with an east -wind. Made Cape Egpnont following day, and held a N.W. breeze till noon when off Cape Campbell.
