The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865; bear interest at the rate of 6 per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the optiou of any purchaser in either London, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Oamaru; and are secured on the Town Rates.
