In this case, on the application of Mr Joynt for further time to swear affidavits, the argument Btood over to Friday next. BB BIOUABD BROOKE. On the application of Mr Thompson, the last examination was fixed for October 291b, BB SAMUEL HUBST SEAOEB, DECEASED. Mr Thompson applied for an order for leave to issue probata to Mary Ann Beager, widow of deceased, at executrix named in the will. Hia Honor made the order. BE JOHN LEAF WILSON. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order declaring the complete execution of deed of assignment in this case. BB ALFBED AABON SELIO AND 080808 BENJAMIN. Mr Garrick said in this matter he might gay that he had only received the affidavits on the previous day, and had not been able to see Mr Walton, therefore he would ask hia Honor to postpone the ease until Friday next. The case stood over accordingly. BE WM. BTYCHE. In this case, on the application of tho 1 bankrupt, the last examination was fixed fox October 29th. BE JOHN PBXEST-A--. A similar order was made. BE CHABLES ANDEBSON. Mr Joynt, on behalf of Mr Slater, applied ; for an order of adjudication, and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing first 1 meeting of creditors for Wednesday, October [. 7th, at noon. The Court then rose. '
