Thomas Parker, . arrested by Sergeant Greenwood, was changed with this offence' and n~ned 10s, or in default 21 hours'- imprison rescuing 4 prisoner. 4Nn assaulting THE ?OUOE. William King was charged with rescuing a prisoner from custody and assaulting the sergeant when arresting the prisoner in the in the previous case. A fine of 40s was inflicted and at once paid.
