BOARD OF CONSERVATORS OP THE MANDEVILLK AND RANGIORA DRMNAGE DISTRICT. TENDERS FOR LOAN. The Board of Conservators of tho Mandeville and Rangiora Drainage District invite TENDERS for a LOAN of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS, to be raised under the " Canterbury Rivers Act, 1870," and tho " Canterbury Rivers Act, 1870, Amendment Act, 1873." Debentures will be issued for the Bum of one hundred pounds, each bearing interest at the rate of six pounds per centum per annum for a term of twenty years. Tho interest will be payable half-yearly at the office of the Board; Coupons for that purpose will be attached to each debenture. The principal will be secured on tho rates of the district, and the sinking fund will be provided annually out of such rates, accord* ing to clause 7 of the Act 1873. Tenders to be addressed to the undersigned on or before Thursday, tho 12th day of March next, at the office of the Board at Flaxton. The Board will not be bound to accept any tender.
