The disquieting rumors concerning relations between: France, Germany, and Italy have been contradicted. The ■" Nord Deutshem Zeitung " says, the relations between France and Germany depend on the attitude of France towards the Ul tramontanes. Important gold discoveries have been made in Natal, where there are 900 diggers working. Access from the coast is difficult. Madrid, Jan. 19. The ironclad Numancia and convicts surrendered to the Spanish Government, but the insurgents retired to Algeria. Turin, Jan. 19. A circular issued by the Italian Government guarantees absolute freedom to the Papal conclave in electing a successor to Pius the Ninth. Paris, Jan. 19. The Assembly has rejected an amendment on the Mayor'B Bill, the Government having a majority of four. New York, Jan. 19. Mr Saul Samuel having been entertained at a banquet at New York, left for San Francisco. He concluded a postal convention with the American Government. Galle, Jan. 19. The Bangalore left for Melbourne on the 17th. '
