I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to the provisions of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that an application has been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by " The Trust and Agency Company of Australasia, Limited," as present holders of Pasturage Licenses Nos. 57a, Class 3, and 235, Class 2, to have the said Licenses cancelled, and in lieu thereof to have one License issued to the said " Trust and Agency Company of Australasia, Limited," yhich shall comprise the whole of the lands now held under the said two Licenses above mentioned. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ON AND AFTER the IST BIAY NEXT the following SIGNALS will be substituted for those heretofore in use at the Port of Tnnaru :— "Vessel may stand in safely"—Four balls horizontal on yard, two on each side of mast.
