SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS.
Friday, March 7. [Before the Registrar.] The Registrar sat in Chambers, at 11 a.m. RE WILLIAM WITHEY. Mr H. Slater, for Mr Joynt, applied for an order fixing date of final examination and discharge. The Registrar made the order as prayed, fixing Thursday, April 17th, for the last examination of the bankrupt.
RE JOSEPH BEATTIE. Mr Bamford applied for an order of adjudication, and fixing the first meeting of creditors. ,-..•. The- Registrar made the order, fixing the first meeting of creditors for Monday, 17th March, at one o'clock.
