LYTTELTON.
Fbiday, January 31. [Before W. Donald, Esq, R.M.] Dbtjnk and Furious Eiding I'hbouoh the Stbeets—W. Selvage, arrested by Constable O'Shannassey, was charged with this offence. From the evidence of the constables and Dr Rouse it appeared that the accused was drunk and in that state riding through the streets. He was fined 40s.
