SUPREME COURT.
CRIMINAL SESSIONS. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.] The January session of the Supreme Court will open to-morrow in the New Court House, at 11 a.m. The following is a list of the cases for trial :—
Regina v. Andrew Samuel Cremare —Forgery and uttering. Regina v. William Ellison Burke (Joynt's case) —Forgery and uttering. Regina v. William Ellison Burke (D'Oyly's case) —Forgery and uttering. Regina v. William Ellison Burke Fleming's case)— Forgery and uttering.
Eegira v. John Stuteley Terry—sheep' stealing.
Regina v. John llonhead—Larceny in a dwelling-house to value of £5.
Kegiua v. George Brown — Unlawfully wounding.
Begina v. John Aitken —Attempting to carnally know- a girl under twelve years of age.
Begina v. Marshall—Abduction of a gir] under sixteen years of age.
Begina v. John Bead—Obtaining money by false pretences.
Regina v. Jolm Smith—Larceny and pre> vious convictions.
