RUSSIA.
A general order of the War Office j directs the entire reorganisation of the army, and calls to arms the whole adult male population. The strength of the field forces is estimated at 1.600,000, beside sixty-six regiments of Cossacks. The Times says, during June and July Russia invaded and annexed the country of Dsoungaria on the northern slope of the Tian chain mountains. It. has a territory of twice the size of Ireland, and is in mineral and agricultural resources, and a population of two millions. '
