SUPREME COURT.
IN CHAMBERS. Friday, December 8. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Gresson.] His Honor 6at in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BE SAMUEL CORBIGAN. The debtor, in person, applied for an order of adjudication, and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order fixing tbe first meeting of creditors for Monday, 18th December, at three o'clock. BE THE ESTATE OP JOSEPH BAILEY, DECEASED. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order granting maintenance to the younger children of the deceased. Further affidavits had been filed as required by the Court. After some argument, His Honor made an order as follows :— That Messrs Wilson and Baekhousc be appointed receivers on entering into security, avoiding to the rules of the Court; that a sum of £54 be allowed for the maintenance of the infants from the 28th day of September to the date of making the order, and that a sum not exceeding £270 per annum be allowed out of the income arising from freehold and leasehold property fcr the maintenance of the infants. Security to the amount of £600 each to be furnished by the receivers. PACKS V. EVAN 3. Mr Geo. Harper applied for an order for leave to sign judgment for possession of land with costs, in defence of plea. His Honor made the order as prayed. BE WM. PITCAITHLEY. Mr Thomas applied for an order fixing date of last examination. His Honor made the order, fixing January 18th for the last examination. DIVQBCE AND 2L4TKIMONIAL CAUSES ACT A>*D FAIRBAXE V. FAIBBANK AiD BEHRE>"S. Mr George Harper applied for an order fixing date and place of trial of this case. His Honor fixed the date of trial of the case for Thursday, January 11th. The Court the rose.
