TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, —Can you inform mc as to the time at ■which the lamps of the city are supposed to t>9 extinguished. My avocations compel mc to be abroad rather late, or I should say early, and for the last three or four nights the lamps have been extinguished shortly after 1 a.m. Yours, &c, Lux.
