No person will be qualified to run a horse unless he be a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the fund. Hack races excepted. No entries will be accepted unless accompanied with the necessary amount for subscriptions and entries. In all flat races, niares aud geldings allowed 31bs. These races will be run under the C. J. C. rules. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint.
