Mails for- Otago and Southland will close at 9 15 a m on Friday, July 8.
Mails for the l*orthern proTinces of New Zetland cl)se at 1 45 p m on Monday, the 11th instant.
The Post-office at Weka Pass has been closed. Letters addressed Weka Pass will in future be forwarded to the Waikari Postoffice. The Post-office at Kowai (Leithfield) has been constituted an office for the transaction of Money Orders and Savings' Bank business. F. E. Weight. Chief Poßlma^er.
