A plan together with a book of reference thereto and sections will be deposited for public inspection at tho offices of the Commissioner of Crown Lands at the Governme-t Buildings Christchurch on or before the lit day of May next or so soon after as may be convenient. For powers to be exercised under tha Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1863 Amendment Act 18fi6 for the compulsory taking of lands and for settling compensation for such lands.
