THE Bankruptcy Act 1867 and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act 1868— In the matter of the petition of Theodobe Doxxe and Augustus Doxxb of High street in the City of Christchurch in the said district trading under the style or firm of Doyle Brothers lithographers bankrupts—Notice is hereby given that the said Theodore Doyle and Augustus Doyle have by an order bearing date the Ilth of March instant been adjudged bankrupts under a petition for adjudication of bankruptcy filed in this honorable Court on the Ist day of March instant and that at a meeting of creditors held at the office of the Registrar on the 21st day of March instant Alfred Isaac Raphael of Christchurch commiseion agent was chosen trustee of the estate and effects of the said Theodore Doyle and Augustus Doyle and that the Court has by order bearing date the 25th day of March confirmed such choice And notice is hereby further given that a public sitting for the said bankrupts to pass their last examination and to make application for their discharge will be held before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson on Thursday the 6th day of May next at the Court-houße Christchurch at the hour of eleren of the clock in the forenoon. Tenders stating the amount offered for each debenture, and the total number of debentures applied for, to be sent in on or before the 25th APRIL NEXT, addressed to the Undersigned, Government Buildings, Christchurch, from whom also further information may be obtained.
