ARRIVAL OF THE ENGLISH MAIL AT THE BLUFF.

Thee.c. Omeo, G. Calder, commander arrived here at daylight thia morning with the New Zealand portion of the English mail. She left Port Philip heade at 8 p m on the 19th met. After clearing Bags Straits she encountered terrific easterly gales, which continued for four days. Passenger Uat— saloon, for Dunedin—Mr and Mrs Oharios Swanston, Mies Laura Swaneton, Mine Jessie Swanston, Miae Maud Swaneton, governess, and two servants, Mr Ewing, Mr Reeves, Mr Alexander Inglie, Mr Bleckloy, and twenty in steerage. For Lyttelton—Mr and Mm Benn, Mr Qrice, and five in steerage. For Wellington — Cftptain Page, Mr Ballon, Mr Twemlon, Mr Glaecodine, Mr Hardinge, Mrs King, and four in eteerage. Two in steerage for Qreymouth, and twenty«three men end five women, with eleven children, dieolmrgod from H. M. 14th Regiment. Wm. L. Mailer, purser. Cargo for Dunedin, 140 tone; for Lj ttelton, 60 tons; for Wellington, 100 tons.
