NOTICE :IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, clauses 203 and 209, it is the intention of the Council to make a rate on Monday next, the 10th inst, of One Shilling in the Pound, for " General City Purposes " for the year 1869.
