She had a fair run down; and brings 16 saloon and 36 steerage passengers, with 270 tons cargo for all ports. She sails for Dunedin at 3 p.m. Melboubne, April 22. Mr Jones has been expelled from the Legislative Assembly, after three days' debate. The charges against Mr Butters are now under discussion. During the debate on Mr Jones's case, a savage attack was made on the Government by Mr Fellows, causing a scene in the House. Mr M'Culloch explained that the new loan had not succeeded in England owing to the instructions not having been understood by the agent. He thinks the loan can be raised in the colonies.
