The Town Clerk reported that the rosolpSn during the week were £72 8s lOd, aad tha balance in the bank was £190 12s lOd.

A letter was read from' Dr Foster, the cit? solicitor, offering : to take off '■'£&. from tha amount of his bill. A discussion ensued, during which.C?
