, PublioNoticesBOROUGH OF KAIAPOI; IHEREBT GIVE NOTICE that in pursuance of the Municipal, Corporations Act, 1867, S. 113,1 appoint WEDNESDAY, the twenty-first day of April instant, for the purpose of ELECTING ONE PERSON,; being duly qualified to act as a Councillor for the Borough of Kaiapoi, to , fill the vacancy caused by .Mr John.'Wesley Ellen having ceased to be a Councillor thereof, in pursuance of of* the said Act I require all candidates, at suoh , election to be nominated at the Council! within the Borotugh aforesaid, on Wednesday, the seventh day of April, at the j hour of noon.
