And I require that any person desirous of nominating a candidate shall, before four of the clock, in the afternoon of Tuesday, the sixth day of April instant, cause to be delivered to mc a nomination paper in the form of the 9th schedule to tho said Act to the like effect, stating therein the christian and surname of tbe candidate, together' with the other particulars required in and by the said schedule, and such nomination paper shall be Bigned by not less than three persons duly qualified to vote at such elections, and also signed by the person named therein as a candidate in token of his assent to being so named.
