I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to Clause VI. of the " Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that an APPLICATION has been LODGED in the Land Office, Christohurch, by Messrs Matheson's Agency, as holders of Pasturage License No. 202, clause 3, and by James Balfour Wemyss, as holder of Pasturage License No. 212, class 3, to have the boundaries of tbe said runs amended in accordance with Clause 111. of the Act above referred to. If any person can show cause why the boundaries of the said runs should not be altered, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board, Christchurch, before Thursday, the 29th day of April next.
