Case brandies have also become etationary at 28a to 28s 3d for Hennessy's, with other brands in proportion. Provisions, oil men's stores, kerosene, and candles have all been without attention. A tolerably good business has been done in teas. Sugars of suitable kinds are decreasing in stock very rapidly, second houses being almost the only holders. Timber has not been moved from first hands, and at the moment there is litfle demnnd except for some descriptions of colonial. The latest-dated paper to hand—the 16th— contains only a commercial summary for the month.
