IN pursuance of Clause 121 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, I hereby give notice that the ANNUAL ELECTION of ABSESBORS and AUDITORS under the Act will take place on the Ist day of MARCH next; and I hereby require all candidates at such election to be nominated as hereinafter mentioned before the day of nomination (Friday, 19th February,) at the office of the Town Clerk.
