[Before C. C. Bowen, Esq.; E.M] r DStTNEEITNBSS. : : Robert Thomson was brought up charged with being drunk and incapable. The offence being proved, he was fined ss. William Collins was charged with the same offence, and fined 10s. ABBATTC.T. George Harley was charged with having been drunk and disorderly, and with assaulting Mr Howard at the Theatre. Prisoner admitted the offence, and his Worship fined him 10s, remarking that such behaviour in places of amusement must be put a stop to.
