To provide a shed sufficiently weathertight, and fit for the accommodation of at least six horses. 4. At all times to keep a proper supply of water for the house, and for horses aud cattlo. 5. To keep at all times a proper supply of oats and oaten or grass hay. Oats to be charged for to travellers at not more than 6d per quart, and to be always served out with the authorised quart measure. 6 and 7. Nil. 8. To keep a lamp burning with two burners from sunset to sunrise, giving a sufficiently bright light, and being so lighted as to be couppicuous from a distauco all round the house. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, Nil.

LOE, J. J.—LEESTON. 1. All the premises to bo kept in good ropair. To provide in his house, bosides the taproom or room answering as such, two public and two private sitting- rooms. 2. To provide not less than seven beds for travellers, in not less than fivo separate bedrooms. 3. To provide a shed sufficiently weathortight, and fit for the accommodation of at loast thrco horses. Conditions 4 and 5, same as Allen's.

6. To provide and keep in repair a good and sufficient stockyard for cattle, containing a superficial area of not less than 14-1 square yards. For the occupation of this yard during the night, the Licensee may make a charge at rates not exceeding the following, viz. : —Two pence per head for all cattle under fifty in number, and one penny per head for all over that numbor. 7. To provide and keep in repair a good and sufficient moveable sheep yard, containing a superficial area of not less than 410 square yards ; or, at the option of the Licensee, to keep one acre of land enclosed by a permanent sheep proof fence. For tho occupation of this yard or paddock during the night,

the Licensee may make a charge nt rates not exceeding the following, viz.—Sixpence per score for all sheep under 300 in number, fourpenee per score for all over tbat number and less than 500, and twopence per score for all over 500.

Conditions '8, 9, 10, and 11, same as Ranger's. 12. Nil. Conditions 13, 14, and 15, same as Ranger's.

MoRAE, SIMON—KOWAI RIVER. 1. All the premises to be kept in good repair. To provide in his house, besides the tap-room, or room answering as such, one public and one private sitting-room. 2. For the occupation of this yard during the night, the I Licensee may make a charge at rates not exceeding the following, viz.:"—Twopence per head for all cattle under 50 in number, and one penny per head for all over that number. 7. To provide and keep in repair a good and moveable sheepyard, or at the option of the Licensee to keep one acre of land enclosed by a permanent sheep-proof fence. For the occupation of this yard or paddock during the night, the Licensee may make a charge at rates not exceeding tbe following, viz.—Sixpence per score for all sheep under 300 in number, fourpence per score for all over that number and under 600, and twopence per score for all over 500.
