I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to CJause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1806," that an appliot'ion has been lodged in the Land Office, Chriitchurch, by the "Trust and Agency Company of Australasia, Limited," as the holder of Pasturage Licenses Nos. 182 and 391, Class 3; and by the " Bank of New South Wales," ac holder of Pasturage License No. 377, Class 3, to have the boundaries of the said Pasturage Licensee re-adjusted, and fresh licenses issued, by the Waste Lands Board, in accordance with such re-adjusted boundaries, under the provisions of Clause 111. of the eaid Act. If any person can show cause why such fresh licensee as aforesaid should not be issued, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board before Thursday, the 9th day of January, 1868.
