IHF.RFBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to Clause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1856," that an application has been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by the 'Trust and Agency Company of Australasia, Limited," as the "holder of Pasturage Licensee Nos. 182 and 391, Class 3; and by the "Bank of New South Wales," as holder of Pasturage License No. 377, Class 3, to have the boundaries of the §aid Pasturage Licensee re-adjusted, and fresh licenses ieeued, by the Waste Lands Board, in accordance with such re-adjusted boundaries, under the provisions of Clause 111. of the said Act. If any person can show cause why such freeh licenses as aforesaid should not be issued, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board before Thursday, the 9th day of January, 1868.
