I HEREBY GIVE \OTICE pursuant to Clause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that an application was lodged in the Land Office, Chrietchurch, on the Bth instant, by George Gray Russell, as holder of Pasturage License No. 535), Class 3. - to have a separate license issued by the Waste Lands Board to Kdward Elworthy of that portion of land described in the aforesaid license, situated to the eastward of the White Bock Birer, and containing 7500 acres or thereabout* ; and a separate license issued to the said George Gray Russell of the remaining portion of the said run, situated to the| and westward of the White Bock \ BiTer.
