Sib, —Seeing a report in your paper of a gentleman named Orpwood being robbed of a watch and other property in the White Hart hotel, Christchurch, I beg, in eelf defence, to state that the said robberj took place in Lyttelton, and not in Christchurch. as stated in your report.
