[By Interprovincial Telegraph.] Wellington, November 29. The Governor and Mr Richmond left for the North this morning. The Reception Commission consists of all the Ministers except Mr Fitzherbert, the Hons. Bartley, Johnston, Peacock, Sir D. Munro, Judge Johnston, Dr. Featheraton, Messrs. John Williamson, Ludlain, FitzGerald, and Carleton, and is directed to devise and carry into effect all necessary arrange* ments for a fitting reception, of and paying suitable marks of respect to ; H.E.M. the Duke of Edinburgh during his visit to New Zealand. Mr Felix Wakefield will act as secretary.
