CffBiSTOHr/BCH—-November 23. [Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., B.M.] T- 0. Hullins was charged on remand with allowing an unlicensed person to drive in his cab. His Worship dismissed the ca3e. W. Dunn appeared for a similar offence, and after evidence had been taken, this case was also dismissed. 11. A, Davis and J, 8, Raphael appeared to answer a charge of using violent language to II Bunks. I Plaintiff said defendants mado use of violent language to him in Matson's store, and on his remonstrating with them they repealed tlie offensive language. Davis said he would do for him. Plaintiff called several witnesses in support of his complaint. Defendants denied using violent and called John Parker, who Baid he was present when the altercation took place. He heard Banks say that d——d Jews wanted it all their own way. By Davis—l did not hear you insult Banks previous to his using that expression. Other evidence was given on behalf of defendants. His Worship said it waa clear even from the evidence of his own wituessesa that plaintiff was the first to use offensive language. He ahould dismiss the case. Three little boys, named Kelson Smith* Edward Smith, and Charles Delion, were brought up charged with wilfully damaging -
