FREE PARDON TO AN ACCOMPLICE. \\ 7 HERE AS, in the case of the fires >> which have recently occurred at St. Luke's Schoolroom, the College, and Mr Gould's residence respectively, suspicions are entertained that the said fires were the acts of an incendiary; this is to notify that his Excellency the Governor will GRANT a FREE PARDON to any person implicated in the origin of the said fires (not being a principal) who shall give such information as will lead to the apprehension and conviction of the offender or offenders.
