Mails, per Otago, for the United Kingdom, the Continent of Europe, India, the Mediterranean Ports, the Australian Colonies, Otago," and Southland,' will close at Christchurch at 10.30 am., and Lyttelton at 1.30 p.m., on Friday, the 18th instant; registered letters at 9 a.m. "Money orders must be procured at Christchurch before 3 -p.-m.,-and-LytteltcnT before 1 p.m. on Thursday, the 17th instant.
