Weighty Seed Carefully Cleaned by Machinery constructed for the purpose by Mr. H. THE LATEST EXPERIENCES we have respecting this GRASS prove, that it is admirably adapted for this country, keeping grepn all the summer ; that it is very fattening for sheep; that by feeding down the long grass when ripe the sheep tread in the seed so that it thiokens very much in the first year; that cows give richer cream upon it than upon any other grass in the country ; that all cattle and sheep are very fond of it; ■that the hay is very good, and that horses have been found to work well on it with a reduction of their corn ; that this grass grows ■continuously and strongly during our whole winters. If desired to be permanent the grass should not be cut for seed more than once in three or four years 3 treated. in this manner, Mr H. has seen it in Sydney of seven years' growth, and showing no signs of lobs of vigour. Quantity that now should be sown, two bushels per acre ; depth, two and a half or three inches. For further information on these and other points see advertisement in the "Weekly Press." Prices very moderate, and at which rates it will be found the cheapest seed in the country for laying lands down in grass. Terms of payment easy. If twenty bushels be taken, a discount of twenty per cent, allowed ; if fifty oushels and over, forty per cent.
